The mission was to deliver a comprehensive, high-impact signage upgrade for Pizza Hut, located in the bustling heart of Rotorua’s Central Mall. As part of Pizza Hut’s nationwide brand roll-out, the goal was to replace dated assets with sleek, modern alternatives that maximize visual appeal for both foot traffic inside the mall and passing motorists on Amohau Street.

Our team designed a strategic transition plan to update multiple touchpoints simultaneously. This included refreshing the exterior presence and updating the interior atmosphere to align with modern fast-casual dining standards. To achieve this, we planned a complete overhaul: replacing three illuminated light boxes, installing a vibrant interior neon sign, applying custom window manifestations, and mounting fresh, bold fascia signs.

Executing a multi-layered fit-out within a busy retail shopping center requires meticulous planning to ensure zero disruption to hungry customers and neighboring businesses.

• Access & Logistics: Working within the Central Mall ecosystem, our crew coordinated carefully to manage the installation of the main exterior fascia signs and the three high-output illuminated light boxes.

• Precision Interior Work: Inside the store, our team carefully mounted a custom interior neon sign to give the dining area a warm, contemporary, and Instagram-worthy glow. Simultaneously, crisp new window manifestations were applied seamlessly to the storefront glazing

• Safety & Efficiency: The work zone was kept clean, contained, and organized. By utilizing efficient installation techniques, we ensured the Pizza Hut team could continue serving up favorites with no downtime. Starsign is working at heights certified so we were able to complete this install with a cherry picker from our friends at Higher Safe.
